Megan's father passed away in 2009, leaving her and her mother to fend for themselves. Her mother, often sick, faces challenges in providing for their needs. Due to their limited income and her mother's health issues, Megan had to drop out of school.
 
However, Megan's life took a positive turn when she became a beneficiary of the YES Uganda scholarship program. This program has provided Megan with the opportunity to resume her education and pursue her dreams.
 
Despite the challenges posed by their circumstances, Megan is determined to succeed and make the most of this opportunity. Her resilience and dedication to her studies are inspiring, and she is now making significant strides toward a brighter future.
