Jane lives with her grandmother after her mother remarried and left them behind. This has made life a struggle for Jane, especially as her grandmother is facing various health issues, making it difficult to provide for the family.

With no means to send Jane to school, she was staying at home doing house cleaning. However, YES Uganda recognized her potential and decided to take her onto the program, providing her with a chance to change her life through education.

Now in school, Jane is doing well in her classes and has made friends with peers her age, which brings her joy and motivation. The support from YES Uganda has opened new doors for her, and she is excited about her future
